For express shipping, we partner with J&T, FedEx, UPS, DHL, SKYNET with tracking number provided allowing our customer to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns are accepted exclusively for products identified as defective or damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be postmarked within five (5) days of the receiving date, remain in new and unused condition, and include all original tags and labels. Additionally, a warranty inspection guideline will be provided to help determine if the product meets the criteria for a return under warranty. Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@bessergt.com.my to obtain a warranty inspection guideline and following a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

For instances where a return is requested without a valid reason or change of mind, we may consider the return under specific conditions.
